Registration for CMC II is now open!

There is a sailing revolution happening on the small island of Sint Maarten / Saint Martin. A revolution so simple it seldom needs explanation. It’s the continuation of a new regatta organized exclusively for multihulls called ‘The Caribbean Multihull Challenge’.

Three days in the big trade winds of February for a celebration of the influence of multihull yachts built for a new breed of sailor. The 2019 CMC blasted on to the Caribbean scene with first class racing, unique shore-side activities, and impressive prizes for winners. Speed machines like the Bieker 53 Fujin, the HH 66 R-Six, and the Rapido 60 Trimaran Ineffable burnt up their courses. Other courses were set for cruising multi’s from builders like Fontaine Pajot, Leopard, Neel, and Outremer who closely competed in hot races of their own.

For the February 2020 the event and racing program is even stronger!

For this February, the Sint Maarten Yacht Club – race organizers – are planning an international event with a special race starting Saturday on the Dutch side and ending for the evening in Grande Case on the French side.
For 2020, we are offering a prize of an Oris Swiss Watch worth $2,000.00 to the multihull with the best racing score earned in the CMC and in the Heineken Regatta to be held three weeks later on 5 to 8 March 2020.

Registration is now open www.smyc.com/caribbean-multihull-challenge.com
