The ambitious development program of Couach, especially in the building of 50 meters yachts, has increased the difficulties of this shipyard that produces very few units per year, and so, very dependant on very few customers. This development was made possible end of 2008 by an increase of bank credit at the time when its clients were facing more financial troubles than ever. This resulted in a credit crunch that forced the group to suspend payments on April the 30th.

Juges have decided a 6 months observation period that will end October the 1st.
