Marc Diening is to succeed Michael Müller as CEO of Bavaria Yachts.
The handover is planned for August 1st. Müller took on management of Bavaria Yachts in 2019 and will now be moving to the advisory board.
Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH and Nautitech Catamarans have finalised negotiations for the French catamaran manufacturer to be acquired by the Giebelstadt-based company.
